You will visit the ports of Anchorage, Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay, Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan, Vancouver, B.C .

Qualification Period:
- Premium submitted and paid between September 1st, 2009, and December 31st, 2010. A full 16 months to QUALIFY!
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of $2,500,000.00 of paid premium on any Fixed Index Annuity and/or $150,000.00 in Target Life Premium submitted through Pro Marketing Insurance Services. This will include transfers, cash and 1035 exchanges submitted and paid during the qualification period. A combination of Life Insurance Target and Annuity Premium will be proportionally credited toward the Incentive Trip.
- Qualification amounts are based on personal production only.
Eligibility: To qualify, Producers must:
- Be directly contracted through Pro Marketing Insurance Services with any insurance carrier that participates in the qualification. LOAs are not eligible.
- Be currently licensed, appointed and in good standing with any insurance carrier that they are contracted with through Pro Marketing Insurance Services.
- Have no outstanding chargebacks/debit balance at the close of the qualification period and as of the date of the trip.
All accomodations are mini-suites with balconies, substantially larger than a balcony stateroom. Accommodations include two twin beds that make up into a queen-size bed. A separate sitting area features a sofa bed and desk for lounging, entertaining or writing. Other amenities include, two televisions, a refrigerator and a walk-in closet. To qualify, Corporation/Agency principals must:
- Have 10 or more producers within his/her direct downline qualify for the trip.
Guests:
- Each qualifier may invite one adult guest. Children are welcome at an additional charge.
Travel Expenses:
- Each qualifying agent and guest will be flown from their local area to Seattle. You and your guest will need to arrive the night before, enjoying a pre-cruise evening in Seattle. Your accommodations will be located close to the airport and cruise port. Transfer to the ship will be provided.
- Port excursions are at the agent and guest's own expense. Shore excursions will be available at each port.
- This trip is nontransferable, and no cash or alternate prize will be awarded.
- Pro Marketing Insurance Services is not responsible for trip changes, postponements or cancellation resulting from situations or events unknown to the company or outside control.
- Pro Marketing Insurance Services at its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine participant eligibility and to revise the guidelines as needed effective upon notice to participation via Pro Marketing Insurance Services.
Important tax information:
- Qualifiers are responsible for any federal/state income tax they incur for attending the trip. The approximate value of the trip will be reported as earned income in the year distributed and 1099-MISC will be issued. We recommend that you consult a tax advisor regarding any tax ramifications.
